Great website......wonderful job Marilyn.
Hello from York, PA
Just checking when the family reunion is in August. It will be my 5th one I think to attend from Michigan!
Awesome Website. As one who's been on the development and maintenance side of these things, I can appreciate the amount of work that’s gone into something such as this. Keep up the great work. BTW, thanks for adding the directions to Ender’s Grove; we out-of-towners appreciate that.
Randy

Just found this website. Thought I was the last of the Enders.
My limited research shows that my great-great grandfather Benjamin Snearly married Lucy Enders of Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. If indeed this is the case, do you have any additional information regarding this union?

NOTE: Additional information was sent via e-mail.
Wonderful website...I'm not sure we are related to the Enders featured on this site, though.
My husband's family is from New York City (Edward)
I just stumbled upon this web site, and am finding it incredibly interesting. Am curious to surf around, and see if we might all be related somehow.
Possible connection to Miller families near Millersburg.
I am from Central New York near Syracuse. My Fathers name was Paul J Enders, his fathers name was Charles L Enders, his fathers name was Jacob Enders

I was delighted to find this site. I believe I belong to a different branch of the Enders family. I know that they left the Palatine sometime in the 18th century, but they settled in the Schoharie Valley in New York. My great-grandfather, Thomas Ostrom Enders, left NY and came to Hartford Connecticut, where our family has lived since then. Are there any readers who are familiar with this branch of the family?

Just checking for my name.
Looking for info on my maternal grandfather, Verne Alvin Enders, b. 1875 in Kokomo, IN. His father was Albert Enders who had two brothers named John and Sam. Any info would be appreciated.
My wife & I are doing research on her Fahnestock branch of her family. One of her ancestors,
Benjamin Alexander Fahnestock, had links to your family. In our research we have found a conflict
on his date of death. Would you be able to confirm the date for us? We have both 3/10/1877 and
9/21/1904. Thank you very much for any help you can give us.
By the way, your Enders family website is AWESOME!!!!!!

"Captain Enders' Legion, The Civil War Service of The Descendants of Philip Christian Enders, it states this: "Benjamin died in Chambersburg on September 21, 1904 and is buried in Cedar Grove Cemetery."
Hello! My name is Rich Weeber, and I am married to Pam Weeber (of the Enders clan) (which we have
recently come
to find out). I stumbled across the Enders website, and was thoroughly impressed.
I had seen an Enders genealogical book printed back in the 1950's from my wife's great-aunt.
I was also impressed by that!

I am so happy to be part of the Enders family and proud of the organized family history. My grandmother was an Enders from West Fairview. I lived in NJ, teaching for 32 years and have now retired and opened a B&B in Shawnee(poconos),PA.Would love to have some relatives visit us.
The website looks great. I truly wish that I could meet this side of my family.
The site is looking nice. My first name is Dale I was named after my 1st cousin Dale Clayton Enders, Port Clinton, OH. Dale was the son of Clerence Alven & Bessie E. (Dellinger) Enders. Bessie E. (Dellinger) was the sister of my grandfather Earl C. Dellinger who was the father of my mother Thelma E. (Dellinger) Faber. All of Ohio. This is the Enders line that I'm researching & looking to communicate with anyone connected to this branch of the Enders or Dellinger family. I can be e-mailed at poppopfaber@yahoo.com.
We enjoy your website and check in ofter, I have forwarded your email to other Enders that do not know if they are related to your clan. Keep up the good work! The Michigan Enders
Thank for keeping us inforned Tom
Looking forward to attending the Reunion in August.
I have been receiving the news letter for a couple of years but this is my first time checking out the website. Thank you for the great info., but now I want to know more. I believe I come from the Enders that settled in Gooderich, MI. What publication could I purchase from you that could give me more info.? My father is George Alfred Enders, born 1948 in Detroit, MI and my grandfather was Melvin Fredrick Enders.
Hello All!!
I've recently come across a WWII dogtag with this info: Howard E. Enders (SSN 130-06-638) Estella A Enders Alderson P.O. Alderson PA
It was found in Laurinburg-Maxton North Carolina, at a former Army glider training airfield. If anyone has any information on Mr. Enders or his direct decendents, please send me an email.
thanks,
Matt
came across your website by accident, it is great, i,m new to the genealogy world i~m wondering if catherine bowman married to enders is a part of my bowman relatives ? i have not done reasearch on that name as of yet some of the bowman names on the civil war list sure seem familiar! any comments from you would sure be helpful thanks leslie
We enjoyed the reunion of August 9th. It sure rained. The food was delicious. Sorry we had to leave by 3 pm. We had an evening obligation. See you next year.
My wife Margaret's last name is Enders. We live on Whidbey Island about 50 miles north of Seattle Wa. All we know of her family history is her father Leonard his brothers and sisters, mostly in Washington State. His father Earl, and his father,we don't know his name but believe it was John. We think that John is buried somewhere close to the Washington, Idaho border, maybe in Cordelaine. I'm not sure about the spelling. A number of years ago a person came through the town my fatherinlaw lived and said he was looking for a lost line of Enders. Leonard gave him as much as he knew, which is about what I'm writing now. Also this gentleman invited him to the family reuniun. My fatherinlaw and motherinlaw wanted to make the trip but now illness keeps them close to their home in Port Angeles Washington.
Best regards to all Enders , Mel and Margaret Enders Grimm
Hi from Florida, and Michigan
Hi, My name is Jack Fronek and my wife maiden name is Enders, Susan Enders. Her folks live near Cleveland, Ohio. It might be nice to have them update your database with their information. You can reach Susan at notimesue@hotmail.com. Our web site is www.fronek.com. There you will find a section called "Mary Lee and Buds 50th!!!" where you'll also find several pictures.
Jack
my mothers maiden name was enders
cool site.
Very interesting site. I suspect that my forefathers came later than the orginal Enders Couple to Pennsylvania. I believe they came from Eisenach in an area of Germany called Pomerania (in the former East Germany and now perhaps in the Czech Republic)
Great site!! Greetings from Luxemburg (Europe)
Visited the Enders Memorial in Enders, PA last Thursday -- thanks to the Association for placing the road signs and maintaining the memorial site. I notice you have a photo of the 1890 obelisk on this website.. You should show the 1984 plaque also; the color family crest on the stone is quite impressive.
Here's my Enders connection: Philip Christian Enders was my sixth great-grandfather. My family number is: 1-7-7-4-2-2-3-1

With all my work on Volume 3 I haven’t had a chance to go over. Do you have a picture?
