CommentsHi, I signed your guestbook a couple of years ago when I first discovered that the Miss Bretz who married Stephen Ogan was in fact Abigail Miller Bretz. I had found out when she died and had before that, tried and tried to connect with a Bretz from Pennsylvania. I now believe (but so far without proof) that Abigail married Henry Bretz, son of John Bretz and Lydia Seal. Lydia Seal appears to be a sister of Daniel Seal who married Abigail's sister Catherine. Thanks for being here, Gene of Topeka, Kansas
CommentsAlways interested in keeping in touch with the family. I have many happy memories attending the reunion with my grandfather, Joe Ansley ( 1-7-5-14-3-1) during the 1970's and 1980's. Do you Know if the Millersburg Ferry is still in operation? I would love to bring my children to the Reunion the same way I was orginally was. This is a great website an an asset to the Enders family . From the Enders Webdesigner: Yes the Millersburg Ferry is still in operation. I will send you the schedule if you email me closer to the reunion. Thank you for you comments. Marilyn

CommentsAfter seeing the research put here it makes me want to do the same by going through my families bible to check and see if any dates match yours...maybe a distant family member awaits.
CommentsHello from Connecticut. Didn't know there were so many Enders out there.
CommentsHello Kinfolk!! Real shirt tail kinfolk to be specific because I am now sure there is more than one Enders Family in America, but kinfolk none the less. Hopefully, I can have enough detail to present an intelligent presentation at the reunion of the source on my Enders family in America!!
CommentsI was born near Enders, Pa. I have lived in Atlanta for a number of years. Wanted to submit my e-mail for people I have lost touch with, or for relatives in the Atlanta area.
CommentsI didn't realize there were so many Enders out there. I never see anyone with the last name Enders in the MD area except for my immediate family. I am looking forward to tracing my line back to Phillip Christian Enders. Thank You
CommentsGrowing up in Freeman, SD, my family was the only Enders family in town. I can't believe there are so many other Enders family members. I still don't know if we are related but would really like to find out. My greatgrandfather was Konrad Enders II and his wife was Elizabeth Becker. I am told they were from Darmstadt, Hessen, Germany. I know they had at least 2 daughters, Louisa and Emilia, and sons named Karl and Conrad. My grandfather, Conrad Enders, came to America (Michigan) in 1892 by himself when he was 15 yrs. old. At the age of 22, he enlisted and served in the Spanish American War. He died when I was 3 yrs. old so I don't have any memory of him. My father died at the age of 58 when I was only 23 yrs. old and not interested in my family history yet. Now when I would like to know more, there is no one to answer my questions. If you have any information of my side of the Enders family, I would sincerely appreciate hearing from you. Thank you! From the Enders Webdesigner: We have not been able to find a connection with your ancestors in Germany but will put your information on our Researchers page: http://www.endersfamily.org/researchers/index.html Marilyn

Ethel was daughter of Charles and Isebelle Enders. From the Enders Webdesigner: Thank you for signing our questbook. I have added your name to the Enders Family email address book. Believe it or not I do remember your name from working on Volume III. Marilyn

CommentsI don't know that there are so many "Enders" are outside there!!! COOL!!!
CommentsHi, i just found that site by accident. To my complete surprise I recognized the coat of arms on the homepage. My late father gave me a handdrawn and sealed copy of it and told me, that this is our family crest, found and verified by a genealogist about 60 years ago. Only difference: instead of yellow/gold, silver was used. As I know very few about my ancestors, I wonder whether I am related to your family. How could I check that? Norbert Enders

CommentsI am not sure if I am related. I have a family bible from Pierce W. Enders presented to him by his wife A.E. Enders on Jan. 6th 1900. It also contains the births of thier children and so on, down to my family. I am the daughter of Robert W. Enders, whom is the son of Robert H. Enders. I would like to donate the bible to the family if this is the right family. Thank you for your time. Mary From the Enders Webdesigner: Hi Mary, You certainly are related to us.
